No. While we specialize in Teledyne equipment and are the only factory-authorized field service provider, distributor, and RegPerfect software partner in the U.S. outside of the factory, we support all makes and models of CEMS and DAHS. Our team has decades of cross-platform experience.
Absolutely. We can assess your current system's condition, discuss repair costs versus replacement options, and help you make an informed decision. If a retrofit makes sense, we'll coordinate the entire process with minimal downtime.
For routine preventive maintenance, we recommend scheduling 2–4 weeks in advance. Service agreement customers get priority scheduling. For emergency or urgent service, we respond as quickly as possible, often within 24 to 48 hours depending on location and availability.
We understand that CEMS issues don't follow business hours. Contact us to discuss after-hours support arrangements for your facility. Many of our service agreement customers include provisions for expedited emergency response.
